You deserve a space where all parts of you are welcome—your culture, your identity, your relationships, your values, your neurotype. Therapy shouldn’t require you to explain, shrink, or translate yourself just to be understood.
I work from an inclusive, anti-oppressive, and culturally sensitive framework. That means I take into account the wider systems—like racism, colonialism, classism, ableism, and cisnormativity—that affect how we move through the world and how we experience distress, belonging, and healing.
I’ve supported LGBTQ+ clients with a range of identities and experiences, and I’m actively committed to provide an affirming space for queer, trans, and non-binary people. While I’m still growing my practice in this area, I approach this work with humility, care, and a deep respect for your lived knowledge.
